Praire Boys Basketball Substate Tickets
Prairie will host the second round of Substate 6 in the IHSAA Class 4A postseaon on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 7 pm. Prairie will face Davenport Central. Tickets : Hometown Ticketing Link for 2/27/26. Prairie will host the final Substate 6 game on March 3rd, if they win on Friday night.
Boys Wrestling State Qualifiers & Medal Winners
Congratulations to 106 Kiernan Dunlay, 113 Braxton Brink, 120 Chase Watkinson, 126 Aiden Kirk, 190 Louden Bloxham, 215 Conner Bistricky, and HWT Will Clausen on qualifying for state. Louden Bloxham finished as runner-up and Chase Watkinson finished 5th at the 2026 Boys Wrestling Tournament held at Caseys Center in Des Moines.
Girls Basketball Regionals
Prairie hosted the Class 5A Region 6 Girls Basketball game on Saturday, February 21, 2026 and defeated Waterloo West. They moved onto the final regional game against Cedar Rapids Washington on February 24, 2026. and lost to Washington 59-69. Congratulations to the girls for great season.
