Athletic Registration is Now Open for the 26-27 School Year
Athletic registration for the upcoming school year is now open in Bound. Registration is required each school year for every sport a student plans to participate in.
To participate in any practice or competitions, student-athletes must complete all three of the following:
- Current Physical on File
- Sports physicals are good for one year plus a 30 day grace period.
- If you still need a physical, please download the Iowa Physical Form – be sure the Medical Eligibility Form (Page 4) is signed and dated by your healthcare provider with clearance for sports participation indicated. A parent/guardian should also sign this page where indicated.
- Upload the completed physical form directly into your athlete’s Bound account.
- Complete Online Registration through Bound
- Both the student and a parent/guardian must electronically sign all required forms during registration.
- Athletic Office Clearance
- After registration and physical upload, our athletic staff will review submissions and clear the athlete to participate.
- Athletes may not begin or practice until clearance is complete.
